Digital Pulp's www.PureVision.com site for Bausch and Lomb Nominated for a Webby Award in the Pharmaceuticals Category

PureVision.com is on the Shortlist for Top Honor for Web Sites in Pharmaceuticals

New York, NY - The Webby Awards, the leading international honor for web sites, today nominated Digital Pulp's www.PureVision.com for the Best Pharmaceuticals Web Site of 2006. This image-rich site was produced for Bausch & Lomb by Digital Pulp during the summer of 2005. The PureVision site allows the user to discover and interact with a simulation of a PureVision contact lens. The site also encourages users to try PureVision contact lens through a customizable free trial certificate, which also interfaces with Bausch’s database of eye professionals.

Screen CaptureDigital Pulp is proud to be one of the five nominees in this category for the 10th annual Webby Awards, which are hailed as the "online Oscars" by the Time Magazine and the NY Times, are organized and judged by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences. Winners will be announced on May 9, 2006 and honored at The Tenth Annual Webby Awards in New York City on June 12th.

The Tenth Annual Webby Awards received a record number of entries from over 40 countries and all 50 states.

Founded in 1996, The Webby Awards are known worldwide for its famous five-words-or-less acceptance speeches.
