Challenge: Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), one of the largest home health care providers in the U.S., wanted to re-brand its website and expand the information it offered consumers. Prior to Digital Pulp's involvement, it could take up to 3 weeks to change content on the site and many related online activities were inefficient due to a lack of resources and functionality.

Solution: After an intensive process of discovery with VNSNY stakeholders, Digital Pulp identified, recommended and built a custom content management system (CMS) that was specifically designed to handle complex site maintenance and content updates. DP developed a website structure and 'look and feel' that was consumer-focused and brand-guided and at the same time, gave VNSNY the online tools to better understand their consumers.

Result: Digital Pulp's new website and CMS enabled internal staff to manage content strategically, more efficiently and in a more timely manner. They now have a platform from which they can expand and develop new online offerings and the capability to communicate with, and better understand, their consumer.
