The Challenge
Dartmouth’s site was out of step with the school’s progressive vision. Our job was to completely re-imagine Dartmouth.edu. Stakeholders told us again and again that the site needed to manifest everything that makes Dartmouth unique: diversity, cutting-edge research and global reach. We needed to create a site that faced the campus, but also faced the world.
The Solution
Simplicity. We simplified everything. The new site is user-friendly and accessible across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Its design is fresh and modular, with an app-like feel, but also flexible enough to feature content throughout the site. We completely redefined the site architecture to reach out to prospective audiences and directly communicate Dartmouth’s culture.
The Result
Building a simple and modern site means difficult decisions had to be made. We collaborated closely with the Dartmouth team to define the university's reinvented digital presence. The benefit of intense focus and partnership: a site that reflects the school’s expansive history and points to a bright future.
